CAT B License

If you’re looking to purchase Category B Vehicles for breaking, you’ll be required to apply for an End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) Environmental Permit which is issued by the Environmental Agency.

This permit is a legal requirement to protect the environment and ensure vehicles are handled, stored, and dismantled correctly. Operators of these types of facilities are known as ATF’s (Approved Treatment Facility).

At The Permitting Company, we simplify the process for you, handling the entire application, compliance paperwork, and liaison with regulators from start to finish.
